The principal product marketed by Responsive Services International Corporation is the Maintenance Contract. These contracts provide for the maintenance of hardware and operation system software for a set fee. Individual pieces of equipment and software are maintained in a database for the customer. Unit warranties, parts warranties, operating system fixes are handled by RSI so that a continuous level of quick, dependable service is provided.

This type of maintenance is particularly well suited for those organizations wishing to obtain budgetary control of their maintenance expenses.

Hardware and Operating System Maintenance

The focus of Responsive Services International's marketing efforts is to sell to organizations whose missions are highly dependent on their information systems. Typically, these organizations have the need for responsible, consistent, and responsive sevices. RSI takes care of hardware and software support in those areas where internal support is lacking or where the economics suggest outsourcing.


Installation

On-site hardware and software installation services are available throughout most of our service area.

VAR, MANUFACTURER, AND NATIONAL THIRD-PARTY SUPPORT

RSI provides help-desk support nationally and internationally for a number of software developers. Equipment manufacturers use RSI for regional warranty or contracted on-site service. Responsive Services International also assists national and international third-party support organizations who do not have a physical presence in RSI's service area.
